Frank is 4 years old, and was found injured in the streets of North Las Vegas, having been hit by a car. His pelvis was broken. He was set to be euthanized, but we knew he deserved a chance and we picked him last Friday night.
Since he came to the Ranch, he has been doing well. He’s an amiable pup, but needs pain meds while he is healing. He has a good appetite — we add pureed pumpkin to his food (and give him wet food only for now) to keep his stool soft. We have his x-rays which were taken at the shelter.
He has all of his shots and is chipped. The Animal Foundation did not neuter him because of his injury. We’re on the list with Tails of Nye County to have him neutered next month.
